COVID-19 Policy

Both our stores will be open by appointment only and the door will remain closed during opening hours.

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (or have come into contact with someone who has), please do not come in for an appointment. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is visibly unwell.

All appointments will currently be for 30 mins only to minimise the time our personnel are in proximity to you and to give us time to sanitise between appointments.

Numbers will be limited to 2 people, either both being fitted, or 1 person accompanying. Should you need to have more than 2 people fitted, please book multiple appointments.

If multiple back-to-back appointments are booked, only 2 people will be permitted in the building at a time

ATTENDING AN APPOINTMENT – what to expect when you visit us:

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. You will not be permitted to enter the building until your appointment time.

Hand sanitizer will be available for customers and you will be expected to use it upon entering the building

Face masks must be worn by anyone entering the building. If you are unable to provide your own, we will be selling them in-store.

Cotton gloves must be worn to try suits on. These will be provided and washed at the end of every day.

Shirts will not be available for trying suits on. Please wear your own.

AS A BUSINESS – Here is what we are doing to keep us and you safe:

Staff will be wearing gloves and masks when handling garments

Building in a 30-minute cleaning time between appointments to clean all surfaces and steam worn garments

Installed sneeze guards at out till-point (Bedford store)

Only accepting card payments (we have been doing this since January).
